Before you send, you might ask
Is it safe?
Travelers pass government ID checks before they can carry. Payments sit in escrow and are released only when you enter the delivery code. We also log photos at handover and run dispute resolution if something goes wrong.
What can I send?
Everyday items such as clothes, documents, cosmetics, electronics and gifts. Cash, weapons, drugs, live animals and anything restricted by customs are not allowed. See the prohibited items list before you post.
How much does it cost?
Senders usually pay far less than a courier. The fee is agreed with the traveler, so you see the price before you commit. Sendways adds a service fee that is shown at checkout.
How much can a traveler earn?
It depends on the route and weight. Heavier items on long international routes pay the most. You set your own price per kg and choose what you carry.
What if the item is lost or damaged?
Photos at handover and delivery make the condition clear. If there is a dispute, we review the evidence and the funds stay in escrow until it is resolved.
When does the traveler get paid?
As soon as the sender enters the delivery code, escrow releases to the traveler's payout method.
