The sender proposes a fee when submitting a request. The traveler reviews it and chooses to accept or decline. Both parties can negotiate through messaging before the match is confirmed.
When is payment taken?
Payment is collected when the match is confirmed. Funds are held securely and released to the traveler after delivery is confirmed by both parties.
What if the delivery does not happen?
If a trip is cancelled before the item handoff, the sender receives a full refund. If a delivery fails after handoff, our resolution process applies.
