For travelers
Inspect before you accept
Never agree to carry an item without physically inspecting it. Ask the sender to open the packaging and show you the contents. If anything looks suspicious, decline. Your safety and legal standing are more important than any fee.
Know the rules for your route
Customs regulations vary widely by country. Before accepting a request, understand what items are restricted or prohibited at your destination. The traveler - not the sender - is the one who faces consequences at the border.
Declare everything
Customs forms require accurate declarations. Always declare items you are carrying for others. Under-declaring or failing to declare goods is a criminal offence in most jurisdictions.
Meet in safe, public places
Arrange handoffs in well-lit, public locations - airports, shopping centers, hotel lobbies. Trust your instincts. If anything about the handoff feels wrong, you can walk away.
For senders
Be honest about your item
Describe exactly what you are sending. A traveler who is caught carrying undeclared or misrepresented goods faces serious consequences. Misrepresenting an item is a violation of our terms and will result in permanent account suspension.
Package items properly
Secure packaging protects your item and avoids damage to the traveler's belongings. Use rigid boxes for fragile items. Seal packages clearly and label them with the recipient's contact information.
Check the prohibited items list
Review our prohibited items list before sending anything. If you are unsure whether your item qualifies, contact us before submitting a request.
What the platform does
Email verification
All accounts require a verified email before posting trips or submitting requests.
Declared item values
Senders must declare the value of every item, creating accountability and enabling dispute resolution.
Mutual confirmation
Delivery is only marked complete when both the traveler and recipient confirm the handoff.
Reporting tools
Any user can flag a suspicious request, trip, or message. Our team reviews every report.
Account suspension
Accounts that violate our policies are suspended immediately. Serious violations result in permanent bans.
Prohibited items enforcement
Requests that describe prohibited items are removed. Repeated violations result in account termination.
Report a concern
If you encounter a user, request, or trip that seems suspicious, contact us immediately. Do not complete the delivery until the matter is resolved.
