Simple from start to finish
We match people who need items delivered internationally with travelers already heading in that direction. No courier company. No inflated fees.
A traveler posts a trip
Anyone with an upcoming flight, road trip, or train journey lists their route, travel dates, and how many kilograms of space they have available. It takes under two minutes.
A sender makes a request
People who need something delivered browse trips that match their pickup and drop-off locations. They describe the item, declare its value, and propose a delivery fee.
Both sides agree
The traveler reviews the request and accepts or declines. Once accepted, a match is created and both parties can message each other to coordinate handoff details.
Item is handed over
The sender meets the traveler before departure at an agreed location. The traveler keeps the item with their personal luggage for the duration of the journey.
Delivery at the destination
On arrival, the traveler meets the recipient and hands over the item. The delivery fee is released to the traveler's account once both sides confirm completion.

Frequently asked questions
Is this legal?
Carrying goods for others is legal in most countries when items are declared and comply with local customs rules. Both parties are responsible for ensuring their items meet the regulations of the countries involved. We publish a prohibited items list to help guide what cannot be sent.
What happens if an item is lost or damaged?
Every sender declares the value of their item when creating a request. Travelers acknowledge responsibility for the items they accept. We recommend travelers only accept items they can safely transport and that fit within their luggage allowance.
How are payments handled?
Delivery fees are proposed by the sender and confirmed by the traveler during the matching step. Payment processing is handled securely. Funds are held until delivery is confirmed by both parties.
Do I need to go through customs for every item?
Yes. Any item crossing an international border is subject to customs inspection. The sender must provide accurate item descriptions and declared values. Travelers should declare all carried goods as required by the destination country.
