This policy explains how Sendways & Co collects, uses, shares, and protects personal data when you use our platform. It applies to all users - travelers, senders, and visitors - regardless of where you are located.

5. Data retention
We retain account data for as long as your account is active. After account deletion, we remove personal identifiers within 30 days. Certain data may be retained for longer periods where required by law.
7. Security
We use industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS), row-level security on our database, and access controls that limit which team members can view user data. If you discover a vulnerability, report it responsibly to security@sendwaysco.com.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. We will notify you of material changes by email at least 14 days before they take effect.

4. Who we share data with
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only in these circumstances:
Other users
Your display name and trip or request details are visible to users you are matched with.
Service providers
We use Supabase for database and authentication, Resend for email, and Vercel for hosting. Each provider is bound by data processing agreements.
Legal requirements
We disclose data when required to do so by law or valid legal process.
