Some routes consistently pay more per kilogram than others. Here are the corridors where travelers earn most.
Not all routes are created equal on Sendways. Sender demand, package volumes, and the scarcity of travelers on specific corridors all affect how much you can earn per kilogram.
London - Lagos. One of the highest-demand corridors on the platform. Strong sender demand from the Nigerian diaspora in the UK and high package values keep per-kilogram fees elevated. Experienced travelers regularly earn GBP 25-40 per kg.
Paris - Dakar. The Senegalese community in France is large and active on Sendways. Cosmetics, clothing, and electronics are the dominant categories. EUR 18-30 per kg is typical.
Amsterdam - Accra. Ghanaian-Dutch community ties make this a consistent high-earner. EUR 15-28 per kg, with premium rates for electronics.
Dubai - Nairobi. A growing corridor driven by the Kenyan professional community in the UAE. Electronics and branded goods dominate. USD 15-25 per kg.
Toronto - Lagos. Canadian-Nigerian connections generate strong demand. The long haul means travelers carry more, and fees reflect the distance. CAD 30-50 per kg.
Brussels - Kinshasa. Congolese diaspora in Belgium creates consistent volume on this route. EUR 20-35 per kg.
What makes a route high-earning? Large diaspora community at origin, difficulty sending items through standard channels at destination, high value-to-weight ratio of common items, and limited competition from other travelers.
Growing corridors to watch. Toronto-Lagos, Stockholm-Addis Ababa, and Helsinki-Kampala are showing increasing sender activity.
