Sendways community standards: what we expect from every user

The platform works because people follow a shared set of behaviours. Here is what those are.

Sendways is a community before it is a platform. The rules that govern it reflect the values of the people who use it: honest, practical, and built around mutual respect.

Honesty about what you are sending or carrying. The most fundamental rule. Every item declaration must accurately describe what is in the package. Every traveler capacity listing must reflect what they can actually carry.

Respect for the other party's time. Senders must be responsive and available at agreed handoff times. Travelers must communicate proactively about delays.

No off-platform payment requests. Requesting or accepting payment outside Sendways escrow is a violation. This protects both parties: the sender from non-delivery and the traveler from non-payment.

No prohibited items. Sending, carrying, or facilitating the transport of prohibited items results in immediate account suspension and potential legal referral.

Accurate reviews. Reviews must reflect the actual experience. Fake positive reviews, retaliatory negative reviews, and review-for-review arrangements all violate community standards.

Cooperation with Sendways support. In dispute resolution, both parties must engage with the process. Ignoring dispute requests, deleting evidence, or attempting to intimidate the other party are violations.

Account integrity. One account per person. No sharing accounts. No using another person's verification. Account integrity violations result in permanent suspension.
